Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in October 2023. We think it was a very good choice for us when staying for a long time in one place. Pros: 1. Great and spacious room #600, facing both sides of hotel 2. Excellent breakfast matching 4 star hotel level 3. Beautiful and spacious garden what belongs to hotel. It is located inside hotel yard, quite, with cozy chairs. We used to spend some time there every morning with a cup of coffee 3. Open swimming pool and hot water tub on the roof. We liked to stay there at the end of the day. 4. Supporting reception staff who assisted us with a lot of advise. We want to mention in particular Gian, Dasha and Dmitry 5. Convenient hotel location close to railway station, public transit, restaurants, stores, sea atc.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful reception staff, great sized room and lovely facilities (rooftop pool, bar and gardens). Very tasty breakfast. Very easy to get the tram to the hotel from the airport, only 5/10 minutes walk from the tram stop.

Central location. Rooftop terrace for sunbathing with small pool to cool off in. Cool rooftop bar. Aircon good and room had blackout curtains and was quiet. They let us check in early. Great breakfast and I loved the chilled water dispensers.

Perfect location, we just walked to and from the old town but there is a tram outside. Close to shops, bakeries etc. The privilege room with balcony was ideal for us, with a great view of the cathedral. The rooftop pool was really good to have to cool down… though hard to get a lounger at times. The concierge was helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast there as there are so many other cheaper options nearby, like Brioche Chaud.
